Account Setup

Create your organization account and get started in minutes

Creating Your Organization Account

Click "Sign Up", select your organization type, and provide your organization's name, EIN, and contact information.

Setting Your Organization Profile

Complete your profile with logo, mission statement, billing information, and service configuration.

Inviting Team Members

Go to Settings → Team Management to invite your team and assign roles (Administrator, Manager, Member, Viewer).

Configuring Your Workspace

Customize ReuseApp to match your organization's workflow

Navigate to Admin → Custom Fields to define field configurations like diagnosis types, referral sources, and equipment categories. Create reusable dropdown options for consistency across your platform.

Go to Admin → Form Builder to create client intake forms. Drag and drop fields, set validation rules, configure conditional logic, and activate your form template.

Control access with role-based permissions: Administrators (full access), Managers (manage clients/equipment/reports), Members (create and view clients), and Viewers (read-only access).
